Systemic and local therapy against Glioblastoma, special focus on imaging.
Radiotherapy. Radiosensitizing, Multiparametric MRI measurements. Ex vivo imaging: macroscopy, 2 photons. Murine and human glioblastoma model (F98, C6, RG2, U87). Stereotactic surgery. Convection-enhanced delivery (CED). MRI acquisition and processing. Stem cell in vivo tracking: bioluminescence, fluorescence.

PhD Thesis: Hippocampal mesenchymal stem cells transplantation in rat model of depression
Culturing MSC, lentiviral transduction, labelling with superparamagnetic agent (VSOP). MRI in vivo cell tracking (7T) and analysis (ImageJ, Amira). Immunohistochemistry (neurogenesis). Animal handling and stereotactic operative procedure. Models of depression in rodent: Learned Helplessness, Modified Forced Swim Test.

Current projects

Involved in all projects of Team Alice related with brain imaging: SLK, Hed-O-Shift. Development of MRI-based brain imaging in pig.
